Ann B. Sullen, title service representative, started working for City Title in 1983.
She is a graduate of Ashland University. She started as a service assistant, gaining experience by working with the courthouse staff in searching and reviewing title work. She became service supervisor, overseeing the department that provides legal and tax information, title examination and recording of documents. As with all aspects of the title business, the service department is responsible of finalizing documents for recording, requiring careful examination of the documents of the grantor, grantee, legal description, addresses and permanent parcel numbers. In doing so, Ann and the rest of the City Title staff have received the “Zero Claims” awards from our underwriter, Stewart Title Guaranty.
Ann is an avid sports fan, bowler and gardener. She is a member of the National Sorority, Phi Mu Fraternity and is currently vice president of fundraising for the Cleveland Alumnae Chapter.
